Newly build structures

By this time, not much of the 17th century neighbourhood remains. Houses have been modified or replaced. The structure of the build environment does however largely remain the same, with houses using the old 17th century plots. In some cases however, small blocks of several houses are demolished to make place for larger building types. Here you see a school for poor people on the right, and a Diamond factory on the left build in the place of former housing.
