With the introduction construction drawings, we gain more detailed and metrically accurate information about the buildings. Especially construction drawings that also include a documented version of the house before renovation are useful. The new designs however, must always be approached critically as such designs may have not been excecuted at all, or with adaptations. If possible, the construction drawings were cross-referenced with other visual sources such as photography to confirm the design was actually built.
