Below the root layer visitors entered an indoor space of a Dutch greenhouse filled with a vast selection of flowers and plants. The flowers placed on steel stands were elevated to the waist level giving an impression of immersion in the agricultural landscape. The industrial agricultural production played an important role in showing the relationship between nature and technology as a part of the pavilion’s narrative.
