3-Sources for a digital reconstruction 

The Amsterdam Archive has made numerous historical images and photographs public. The archive published a huge heritage consisting of pictures and technical drawings of the buildings regarding Westergas. 


The heritage published is composed from a varied set of images like ancient drawings that shows how the Gashouders from the first years of twentieth century became an iconic part of Amsterdam skyline. The huge heritage of the Archive preserve also digitized photos of Westergas and all the technical drawings of the factory that were the main dataset used for the reconstruction of the buildings.
